DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

At this time we will entertain custom orders. Please message me with questions. 50% of the agreed upon final price will be due prior to the artist beginning to make the custom order. This portion (50%) is non-refundable.

COPYRIGHT INFORMATION

We take copyright very seriously. All of our artwork is copyrighted by Haley Roberts, LLC and is for personal use only.
You CANNOT resell items in any way, shape, or form unless you have a written wholesale agreement with the seller.
You CANNOT use items for commercial use.

In addition, please do not request a custom order of copyrighted material such as Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Doc Who, etc. We will not be able to complete your request.

IF I HAVE A QUESTION OR CONCERN, HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

Feel free to message me, through the Etsy email system. This is the only way I communicate to Etsy buyers at this time. I will respond within 24 hours of your email, Monday through Saturday. I do not work on Sundays.

IF I RETURN MY ITEM, WILL YOU REFUND THE SHIPPING COST?

Per the shop policy, items can be returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. The seller (Little Miss PinkerBell) must be contacted regarding a return within the 7 day window and then the item must be shipped back to the seller by 14 days after delivery. Once the item is received and in its original condition, Little Miss PinkerBell will refund the cost of the item. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Return shipping and return shipping insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?

I understand that this would be frustrating and disappointing and I will do everything I can to help fix this if it occurs. Please contact me right away so I can file an insurance claim. In order to do this, I will need images of the damaged package and item, and it is possible that an affidavit will be required from you to the postal service. Full cooperation from you will be required for us to move forward and towards replacing the lost or damaged item.

WHAT IF MY TRACKING SAYS MY PACKAGE ARRIVED BUT IT HAS NOT?

If an item is lost or says "delivered" and it is not, please contact the number on your tracking prior to contacting us. It is not that we do not wish to help you, it is simply they will have access to information such as what specific post worker delivered it, where they might have left it, what time of day, etc. If the package cannot be found, at that point contact us and we will be happy to assist you through the next steps in the process. You may be required by the postal service or your credit card company to sign an affidavit stating you never received the package in order to receive a refund or replacement item.
